SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install discover in ubuntu 23.10  
```sudo apt -y install plasma-discover```
2.  by default its open in light mode 
3.  there no any option to change the theme

OBSERVED RESULT


EXPECTED RESULT
have a option to switch theme or sync with system apearance

You need to use Plasma's systemsettings to change the color scheme. Discover is part of Plasma and there is no plan to provide in-app facilities for palette changes.
