SUMMARY
Discord native app notifications doesn't take me to the new message


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Get a notification on discord for any message
2. Click on the Plasma Notification widget

OBSERVED RESULT
Just opens the discord window and displays whatever state you had last time

EXPECTED RESULT
Navigates to the new message indicated in the notification

Linux/KDE Plasma: Kubuntu 22.04

This is also confirmed by another reddit user, and issue was raised on #plasma irc channel

it seems to be an issue with the Flatpak/Flathub package or flatpak permission, i was not able to repro with the .deb installer file
