SUMMARY
Hello! Every time I'm opening an application some bright blinks appear at the bottom of the screen under each application, even when I close them all. After a reboot this problem still not solved. The same problem appears when I open  Kate, but near on the top right edge. Bug Screenshot is in attachment.
