SUMMARY
By default Updated Windows 10 machines that does not have Samba 1 enabled appear correctly in Dolphin Network discovery, but if I Install "wsdd" package so Windows can discover my linux machine without having to enable Samba 1 in both machines, then Windows sees Linux,but dolphin stops  seen Windows 10 machines.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Clean Install of kUbuntu 23.10
2. Download latest updates
3. sudo apt-get install wsdd -y

The problem also appear if you do not download updates,

Thank you for the bug report. I'm sorry we weren't able to get to it yet. I was not able to reproduce the problem with Dolphin, compiled from git-master, with wdss installed. I was able to access a Samba share on a Windows 10 machine with Dolphin.

Unfortunately, Kubuntu 23.10 reached end of life. If you still see the problem with an up to date version of Kubuntu, I recommend reaching out to Kubuntu support. There may be an issue with how they package wsdd or configure networking services.
