SUMMARY

When I open the file in attachment, it shows a notification which says this document has fill-able form fields. However, the fields are not fill-able. So the bug is that : showing this notification is not accurate and makes noob user like me (and probably a few more) confused.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the file
2. look on top of the document the notification saying : "This document has forms. Click on the button to interact with them, or use View -> Show Forms."
3. try to find fill-able fields > good luck ;)

OBSERVED RESULT

There are actually no fill-able fields in the form.

EXPECTED RESULT
this notification shouldn't appear.
