SUMMARY
Whenever I try to take a screenshot I get the message "Es kann kein Bildschirmfoto aufgenommen werden. Bitte berichten Sie diesen Fehler hier" (German language packet). Other screenshot apps like Flameshot do not show that behavior. The only modus that does not produce the bug is "Aufnahmemodus: Fenster unter dem Mauszeiger" (i.e. "modus: window under mouse pointer")

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. choose one of the following modi: active window; rectangle selection; full screen
2. Press "Druck" (German keyboard layout; i.e. "Print")

OBSERVED RESULT
I get the message "Es kann kein Bildschirmfoto aufgenommen werden. Bitte berichten Sie diesen Fehler hier"

Debian advises users to not submit bugs upstream (https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting), as this version of the KDE software is out of support from KDE, and so it's possible that the bug exists only in Debian at this point.
Could you report the bug to Debian using the report bug utility (https://packages.debian.org/stable/utils/reportbug)? If necessary, the maintainer of the package will forward the bug upstream.
