2. Check for point 5 in formulae mode

No drop down menu

Are you clicking on the arrow of the combo box? (right hand side in the regular style)

Ah now I see, the button with the arrow for point 5 is just not rendered (See Attachment).

Are you sure you're in form edit more?

Your screenshot is cropping of the top of the window where the Show Forms button is so I can't see if it's enabled or not.
