SUMMARY
Links to download the KDevelop binaries for Windows and MacOS still reference binary-factory, which has been closed down.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Visit https://kdevelop.org
2. Go to "Downloads"
3. Scroll down to either "Windows" or "MacOS" and download the installer.

OBSERVED RESULT

Browser is unable to establish connection to website (Connection times out)

EXPECTED RESULT

Browser begins downloading software.
