Cannot open configure kmail... from settings. After click kmail freeze. The only clue is this from terminal 

OpenType support missing for "Noto Sans", script 9
  OpenType support missing for "Noto Sans", script 10
  OpenType support missing for "FreeSerif", script 10
  .... probably all my system fonts OpenType support missing for "     some font     ", script 10
and at end 
OpenType support missing for "", script 10 and this line is forever

It works for me i don't recall i fixed it some how adding fonts or maybe just fixed. Probably report for close :)
