SUMMARY
When selecting text across multiple lines it is sometimes not possible to make the end point of the selection be to the left of the starting point if the end point is on the line below. See the screencast in the attachement demonstrating the bug. The PDF in this example can be found here https://arxiv.org/pdf/2211.03660.pdf

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a PDF document in Okular
2. perform text selection across multiple lines
