SUMMARY
When starting kleopatra, it's icon appears in the notification area, but it's colored and not outlined like all the other icons in the notification are (Breeze dark theme)

I cannot reproduce this with Plasma 5 on Tumbleweed. I'm seeing the symbolic icon in the notification area with both Plasma Styles/Themes Breeze and Breeze Dark. Do you see the colored icon also with Breeze?

Further data point: I'm using X11.

This should be fixed in 24.08.
