OBSERVED RESULT
Previews are generated for some .png files, and not for others. Size of the file doesn't affect the behavior. 


EXPECTED RESULT
Previews are generated for all .png file, as was the case on KDE 5.xx.

They are bigger than 4000KB file limit. I could send a link to it, if it is allowed.
