STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a RAR archive with dir/dir/*.*
2. drag-and-drop dir/dir

OBSERVED RESULT

dir/dir/* extracts to the target directory, without a sub directory

EXPECTED RESULT

Ark should create `dir` and put everything to the new directory
