I didn't have the package qt6-printsupport-cups installed. |
Created attachment 167511 [details] kde6-print-dialog-fail.png SUMMARY I have an IPP printer connected to my machine but I'm unable to print to with KDE6 applications. As you can see in the screenshot, the printer is correctly detected by the system settings kcm_print plugin, but I'm not able to select it in any application using the print dialog. To be exact it doesn't show any CUPS printer. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Add a CUPS printer 2. Try to print from an application (kmail, okular, ...) OBSERVED RESULT Can't select my cups printer EXPECTED RESULT Print on CUPS printers SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux/KDE Plasma: openSUSE Tumbleweed/KDE 6 Plasma - Wayland session KDE Plasma Version: 6.0.2 KDE Frameworks Version: 6.0.0 Qt Version: 6.2.2
