SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma: Ubuntu 20.04
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.8
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
Qt Version: 5.12.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
After reconnecting the vpn, if I hit F5 to refresh dolphin like 100 times (not exaggerating) it eventually will re-establish the connection, but I shouldn't have to do this. Also, if I open a new tab in dolphin, sometimes it works, but usually I have to open a new dolphin window.
