SUMMARY

Hello ! there's been a weird behaviour with compositions in the latest version. When I try to move one, i can't make it move more than one track over or horizontally, if I want to move in 2 directions, i have to ungrab and regrab. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make a composition
2. try to move it a lot


OBSERVED RESULT
can"t move a lot

EXPECTED RESULT
moves wherever the mouse cursor goes

Windows: 10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
On the topic of compositions, what's the recommended way to paste them where i want? Before, it just went where the mouse cursor was which was perfect in my eyes, but now it depends on the timeline cursor and the selected track and it takes me like 10 times as long to copy a composition where i want it
