When you click on the icons on the panel (near the clock), pop-up windows appear and immediately disappear. For more information, see the video (hevc video format).

If you close all full−screen applications and the bottom panel becomes floating again, everything works fine, pop-up windows open again and work as they should.

Happens when switching language and language switching policy is set to application or window
