This is done intentionally because else paragraphs couldn't be word-wrapped correctly when you edit a draft. To see what I mean open a draft in the composer and add some words at the begin of a longer paragraph. Do you see how the whole paragraph is still nicely word-wrapped? Now do the same for a queued message (in the outbox). Thanks for the explanation. > Well, you simply must not move messages from drafts to the outbox. OK, from now on I will re-open all drafts in composer prior to queueing. Can I file a wishlist bug that this be documented in help:/kmail please? Do I need to do this officially through bugs.kde or does this suffice? Would it be worth removing|disabling the methods to move|drag messages from drafts to the outbox? Perhaps until some point in the future where you have a method that somehow preserves|reapplies the line wrap that you specified in composer, when you move|drag drafts to the outbox? Thanks for your time and hard work. |
