STEPS TO REPRODUCE
   1. Go to System Settings > Window Manager > Desktop Effects
   2. Click the Load new effects button
   3. Download any and see for yourself

OBSERVED RESULT
   None of the effects for Plasma match the new Plasma 6.  All of them have bugs and work fine only in the X session.

EXPECTED RESULT
   Only the actual effects should be loaded.

Does it mean they were created for KDE5? Probably there should be another folder for this and a moderator who checks these sections on the site for compatibility and the absence of vulnerabilities before publication?
