SUMMARY
I can't seem to draw objects on the project monitor. Effects like transform and rotoscoping are difficult/impossible to use because I can't easily adjust the bounding box of the effect.

This project was created in kdenlive 23.08 so maybe that has something to do with it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add a clip
2. Add a rotoscoping effect


OBSERVED RESULT
No change is visible in the project monitor. I cannot draw the rotoscope bounding box.

EXPECTED RESULT
I can draw the rotoscope bounding box.

In Kdenlive's project monitor, there is an icon to enable/disable the edit mode in the monitor (next to the forwards button).
Please check if this is toggled.
