SUMMARY
I recently upgraded to Plasma 6.0.2 and I observed that I can rearrange the icons only by mouse, but not by touch. As I was able to rearrange the icons by touch before, I'm assuming a regression and reporting it as such.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press and hold an icon.
2. Try to drag the icon vertically.

OBSERVED RESULT
The icon is not rearranged.


EXPECTED RESULT
The icon should be rearranged.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch Linux with plasma-workspace 6.0.2-3

I also noticed that in firefox, I can still select text (as with Plasma 5.*). But I cannot move selected text around with my pen anymore (I use this functionality a lot to search for things in a new tab. This behaviour looks closely related to the one described in this bug.

Sorry we didn't get to this yet. We're talking about pinned Task Manager items, and not Favorites in Application Launcher, right?

If so, this works for me on my touchscreen. If it's still reproducing in Plasma 6.1.4 or later, can you comment on what kind of touchscreen hardware you have, and also whether or not you've changed anything about the input drivers?

Also FWIW the Firefox issue is something else, and will have a different root cause.
