Description John Veness 2024-03-16 23:05:27 UTC
SUMMARY
SMS messages I receive often contain URLs. SMS apps on Android generally recognise these and allow them to be clickable, but KDE Connect SMS does not. It would aid usability if it could.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Receive an SMS message on your mobile that contains a URL
2. Run KDE Connect SMS (kdeconnect-sms)
3. Read the message and hover the mouse over the URL

OBSERVED RESULT
The URL is just normal text, not clickable.

EXPECTED RESULT
The URL is clickable.

Thanks for taking the time to submit this. I've linked this to an earlier item which suggests the same. Please add more to that item if you think it's missing anything.

Thanks. I was sure I searched, but I guess unsuccessfully!
