STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pin applications to Task Manager
2.  Launch a Pinned application


OBSERVED RESULT
Application launches, and icon in the pinned area remains.

EXPECTED RESULT 
Behavior from plasma 5.27.

Application launches, and icon in the pinned area moves to tasks area, removing the icon from the pinned area until the application is closed. This increases panel real estate for launched tasks by removing from the bar applications that are already launched.

If this is desired behavior, I would like a menu option to do it the old way.
