When the cursor moves left and right, the flashing cycle starts from the beginning, but when moving up and down, it continues to blink. Because of this, sometimes I lose the cursor.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Cursor settings -> Blinking: on
2.  Go up and/or down

OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor is sometimes invisible

EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor is always visible when moving

I assume you are using the keyboard selection mode.  Yes, the blinking only happens on every other line which is very confusing.

Tested on master qt6/kf6.  We aren't really taking bugs against qt5/kf5
