SUMMARY

Please supply again the GUI with icons as an alternative the cascading menu.

GUI with icons which presents in one page all the tools for kde settings is easier to find what you search.

It's not a duplicate.

It's a wish.

You can't close a wish.

Of course we can close a wish. The icons mode was deliberately removed, it will not come back.
