SUMMARY
Cannot change window focus to other screen; even if the setting is set to `Click to focus`

Pop up dialog with this message

The window manager is configured to consider the screen with the mouse on it as active one.
Therefore it is not possible to switch to a screen explicitly using keyboard shortcuts

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Having, at least, 2 screens
1. Set `Window activation policy` to `Click to focus`
2. Create a shortcut to `Switch to Previous Screen`
3. Have 2 windows, one in each screen
4. Try to use the shortcut to change screen focus

OBSERVED RESULT
A popup with the message `The window manager is configured to consider the screen with the mouse on it as active one.
Therefore it is not possible to switch to a screen explicitly.`

EXPECTED RESULT
Change to the right screen
