SUMMARY
Klipper action popup don't follow mouse cursor position.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Login kde6 wayland session.
2.  Set a action regex(i.e. ^https://www\.youtube\.com/.+)
3.  Trigger this action(i.e. COPY https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=abcdefghijk)

OBSERVED RESULT
Action popup display at exactly the center of screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
Action popup display at mouse cursor position.
