SUMMARY

When you have two windows open to drag the file the context menu is not displayed
Possible regression in QT6.6.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update to Plasma 6.0.1 with QT6.6
2. Use various kvantum themes

I tried installing from git using the command yay -S kvantum-qt6-git and the problem never recurred.

It may be that the type of regression depended on kvantum.
