This URL no longer exist
distribute.kde.org

The Falkon nightly is now here

So it looks like step 2 should be

The website build is broken at the moment. (still based on Ruby Jekyll)

To fix it, the proposed way by KDE Team is to remake it into a Hugo based site with KDE Theme.

The preliminary work was done a while ago, but there is a lot still to do.
