Steps to reproduce.
1 Have two screen with different screen resolutions so you can notice maliit keyboard messing up resizing
2 Turn internal screen off and external screen to full resolution
3 Unplug the external monitor
4 Open any application and reveal the on screen keyboard
5 You can also open the kscrenlocker_greet for funsies. It is broken there too.
