STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. login to wayland KDE Neon desktop 
2. goto: settings -> task switcher -> Large Icons -> Apply
3. install libreoffice via flatpak
5. open any app of libreoffice (example: libreoffice writer )
4. do Alt+tab


OBSERVED RESULT
I see the Wayland icon

EXPECTED RESULT
We need to see the icon of the LibreOffice application.
