On Wayland, the PIP video does not suffer any slowdown when a notification is visible. It seems it only happens on X11. Thanks. For me every time a notification appear, it lags whole system, so it doesn't seem to be only Firefox specific. However I don't recall having such issue with Plasma 5.27.
