Installing libkf5runner-dev should install files such as /usr/include/KF5/KRunner and /usr/lib/cmake/KF5Runner

However "dpkg -L libkf5runner-dev" only shows /usr/share/doc

Also libkf5runner-dev is shown as version 6.0.0, which does not make sense

on my to do list to reinstate the relevant kf5 frameworks

As we now ship Plasma 6 we no longer ship KRunner for KF5 and KF5 plugins will no longer build.
