SUMMARY

Some apps KDE apps like system settings, system monitor is not tiling correctly. It takes so much space than the tiling space.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings or system monitor
2. Drag and tile or use meta key to tile
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Tiled app take more space
