SUMMARY

When adding a new widget to the panel it is placed to the left of the launcher. This seems odd?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click panel -> add widget
2. Widget appears to the left of the launcher
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
new widget is to the left of the launcher

EXPECTED RESULT
new widget to the right, leaving the launcher the leftmost widget.

On Plasma 6 it appears on the right, where I would expect it. So let's assume it was fixed there. I do recall some changes to the widget positioning code.
