Does it happen on Wayland too? I have a memory that on X11 the NVIDIA driver has a thing that can monkey with font sizes. (In reply to Nate Graham from comment #5) > Does it happen on Wayland too? I have a memory that on X11 the NVIDIA driver > has a thing that can monkey with font sizes. Tried to switch to Wayland and I still had the same issue. I did some more testing and I think I may have found what causes it, tho. It seems like the size of the General Font greatly affects it. [See "General Fonts" Attachment] Also, while testing stuff, I noticed that this part on Dolphin is just showing half of it no matter what font size I use. [See "Dolphin" attachment] Again, no biggie. Just thought that I'd mention it. Thanks! Created attachment 167006 [details]

There are a few different things going on here. To narrow it down, can you use the default 10pt Noto Sans font, reboot and see if any issues remain? I'd like to know if there's a chance all these issues are caused by the current choice of font and font size. Yep. It does seem to stem from the font size that I chose. Specifically, the size of the General Fonts. I guess I never really noticed it before I updated. Thanks for your time, I will mark this is solved. |
