STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open dashboard
2. Type enter or tab in the search field
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Enter makes newline, tab makes tab

EXPECTED RESULT
Enter opens first app, tab moves selection through apps

As you've seen, those actions are already used for other things, and can't easily be re-bound. There isn't really a use case for this in the fairly limit search field here.

it's a bug, not request. user SHOULDNT have ability to break line in search field.
