SUMMARY
On x11 you cannot drag windows offscreen left or up if compositor is disabled
works ok right or down.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use X11 session
2. try to drag a window offscreen left or up

OBSERVED RESULT
Window is stuck to the screen border.

EXPECTED RESULT
Worked fine in plasma 5, why not now?

Linux: Archlinux, plasma 6.01

Just noticed that when the compositor is active and the window is offscreen, mouse clicks are offsetted.

Can reproduce on 6.0.1 and verify this is fixed on git master. So this should be a duplicate of 482687
