SUMMARY
Some applications won't go fullscreen on X11 when screen scaling is enabled


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use X11 session
2. Set screen scaling to 150%
3. logout / login
4. try to make dolphin fullscreen via taskbar or a shortcut.

OBSERVED RESULT
Via taskbar the full screen option is grayed out
shortcut won't work

EXPECTED RESULT
Worked fine in plasma 5, why not now?

Some screen scaling setting allow for fullscreen, like 200%

This should be fixed in Plasma 6.0.2.
