STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select setting / color/themes / colors
2. choose breeze light then edit 
3. scroll until you see active title bar color change it to any color and save as, and then apply the new saved color it will do anything aside from the changes does not reflect on the Icon.
OBSERVED RESULT


EXPECTED RESULT
Color of title bar will change with color user choosen
