Description Kenshin Rorona 2024-03-08 08:40:04 UTC
My usual usage of middle click in dolphin for files is to select multiple items, or bring back focus to the dolphin when there's a different active window (eg, mpv).
This breaks my usual workflow, and forces opening a file while not intending to.

This usage is brought by:
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=390631

Is there a way to select what must be performed on middle-click of a file, maybe in dolphin's settings?
Because this is a very odd & unclear action, from a user's perspective.
This felt like a bug, the first time I noticed it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Middle click a file in dolphin

OBSERVED RESULT
Opens the file on mid click.

EXPECTED RESULT
Select the file on mid click.
