STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click at one dock
2. Choose "Add Widgets..." -> "Get New Widgets..." -> "Download New Plasma Widgets"
3. Try installing a widget and it will show a popup with some texts but no links or install buttons

Does this also track the issue with trying to install something and it tells you it has multiple options and that you should pick one, but there is nothing to choose from.
