SUMMARY

Spectacle selection mode's GUI disappears when using some drawing tool

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Open Spectacle rectangular selection mode;
2. Select a tool from the GUI, like the arrow or the line
3. Draw something using it

OBSERVED RESULT
The spectacle GUI disappears when you release the left key and you are left with only the drawings you made and the darker area.

EXPECTED RESULT
The GUI must appear again after you release the left key from the tool.

If you right click when on the bug, the not selected part of the screen is not darker/lighter anymore and you are left with only the things you've drawn.
