SUMMARY
When toggling maximize / fullscreen for a window (either by using the Kwin shortcuts or clicking the maximize window button on the Window Decoration), there's a huge lag.

This happens in both 6.0.0 and also in 6.0.1.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Press the Kwin Maximize Window or Full Screen shortcut
2.  Huge delay when un-maximizing or using the mouse to drag the window so that it un-maximize

OBSERVED RESULT
Huge lag when toggling maximize or full screen -> unmaximize / un-full screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
Should be smooth as butter. I am using an AMD GPU (RX 6800 XT)

Okay I figured how to reproduce this. This lag is perceived when Window Decorations theme is NOT using Breeze. When using Breeze, it's smooth. Any other theme has huge stuttering. 

For example: Catppuccin Frappe Classic

I also tried other themes and have the same issue.
