SUMMARY

when I put the pencil It draw lower and that I have it calibrated, everything goes well but I can not draw because on the canvas always the pencil will be put lower for no reason.

My table is Wacom ONE

Hi, miskher!

Could you please try switching API used by Krita from WinInk to WinTab? Or vice versa. In Preferences->Tablet Settings (needs Krita restart after the change)

The problem seems to be in the tablet driver.
