Located at `/usr/sbin/firefox` is the residual wrapper launcher that Ubuntu imposes on users to launch firefox with a snap.

It is not associated with any installed deb package on a freshly installed KDE neon system.

Since `/usr/sbin` comes first in PATH it can interfere with launching firefox in some circumstances.
