STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add clip to the timeline with aspect ratio different to that of the project (exp: 9:16 clip in 16:9 project).
2. Add Composite and Transform to clip, and set "composite track" to background.
3. Click on "Lock aspect ratio".
4. Check on distort.

OBSERVED RESULT
Clip gets distorted, even though "Lock aspect ratio" is enabled.

EXPECTED RESULT
Clip should maintain proportions, since "Lock aspect ratio" is enabled
before checking distort.
