i cannot move window to the left on X11. 
the window is moved to the left, partly out of screen,but the window is actually completely on the screen.
Please also watch the video. sorry for my poor English
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. upgrade to plasma 6.0.1(cannot reproduce on 6.0.0
2. login plasma x11 session
3. move the window to the left,halfly out of the screen

OBSERVED RESULT
the window is not moved there

EXPECTED RESULT
the window can be actually moved there
