STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open settings 
2. Go to theme and change it to breeze dark

Do you have qqc2-desktop-style and plasma-integration installed?

How about qt5ct or qt6ct?

Have you manually changed the style to Fusion?

qt5ct 1.8-1
qt6ct 0.9-5

No I only use the system settings and "get new" to change themes

Uninstall both and reboot and I bet it works again.
