STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open settings 
2. Go to theme and change it to breeze dark

How about qt5ct or qt6ct?

Have you manually changed the style to Fusion?

qt5ct 1.8-1
qt6ct 0.9-5

No I only use the system settings and "get new" to change themes

Uninstall both and reboot and I bet it works again.
