SUMMARY
I thought choose application menu was changed in plasma 6. Its not here though.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a text file
2. Right click to open with
3. Click on choose other application

OBSERVED RESULT [POC]

EXPECTED RESULT
There was new open window for plasma 6.
